Development History
Never has so much been put into a green reusable shopping bag.
There is two and a half years of green research for a start. There have been focus groups with consumers and endless meetings with scientists, environmentalists and retailers.
So Modern Arts proudly present the green shopping bags of the future.

E for ecological, E for environmental, E for mother Earth.
But is it made out of plastic?
Yes, it is definitely not paper.
Contrary to popular belief, paper does not easily bio-degrade. Nor is it perfect to recycle. We also know that when paper is recycled its strength is sapped.
Apart from a cost to forest, paper also wastes energy.
As for plastic.
Imagine a bag made of plastic that is 100% recyclable or made of recycled water bottles. Now that is green!
Well that is the type of plastic that goes to form the E Bag.
We have developed three versions; one is 100% polypropylene, a non-woven plastic material that looks and feels like fabric. The other is constructed out of 100% polyethylene which does not have the fabric-like qualities. And finally 100% post consumer PET recycled water bottles.
All the materials are incredibly printable, washable and durable.
